Okay. I'm still sick. And as diagnosed by Dr. Kam, it's not hayfever. Just the common flu, probably. One that is lasting for the 4th day now, and boy am I sick of it. Well currently, I'm just feeling drowsy with a bit of a dry throat and a nose so blocked Gladwrap™ should use me. Hopefully by the end of this weekend, I'll be fully recovered with enough rest.
But one thing I thought I ought to mention is that kg's mum is around. And damn is that a blessing. She can cook and bake like she created such things in the first place. If only I weren't so sick that my appetite & tastebuds are distorted. Not that that's stopping me, really. But I suppose the effect's still there. Yet, she and another friend of hers, Aunty Angie, have been hanging around in the afternoons doing nothing but baking and cooking.

these stuff is only just from today. there was more from thursday's as well!
And dig this: They both make everything from scratch! Even the bread, from dough and flour and whatsoever, to bake it in the most perfect of textures! How cool is that?!
Life is certainly good despite the cruel, gloomy weather and sickness this week. Kg's mum has been preparing meals and side snacks for the house and they are so delicious. Better than most cakeshops, I dare say! And tonight, she's gonna be cooking some Kuching Laksa, something I've never had the honour to taste before but apparently is gold.
Well, only one way to find out.
Still, curse this wretched flu!
